We're dedicated to giving mental health care a much needed facelift. The reality is that life can be really hard, and the last thing you need is to be feel weak or less than when you're struggling. We knew that if we wanted to be truly different, we would have to problem-solve barriers in the field at all levels. Our core values drive all that we do, and help us align with our “why”. We take a multicultural, nontraditional approach to therapy, blending methods that incorporate your mind and body, and helping you to identify where your challenges are coming from and how to work through them. Therapy with us is an environment where you can explore different parts of yourself: a nonjudgmental space where you can gain insight and acceptance into your identity, your life, and your relationships.
