BROADWAY BANK ANNOUNCES NEW EMPLOYEES AND PROMOTIONS

Greg Bobbitt joins the Broadway Bank Private Banking Division as a senior vice president, mortgage loan originator in mortgage lending. He brings executive level experience in all aspects of mortgage financing, operations and underwriting and expertise in business development and operational management with a strong commitment to customer service. Bobbitt’s 20-year career includes experience as a mortgage banker, as a senior loan officer and as president of a lending corporation in Austin and Dripping Springs and most notably as the co-founder and manager of a small mortgage company that became the second largest non-depository lender in Amarillo. Greg has a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University. 


Shawn P. Hughes joins Broadway Bank as senior vice president, wealth advisor and trust officer III in the wealth management division. He comes to Broadway Bank following 20 years with his private law office, practicing adult guardianship, estate administration and elder law. Hughes has a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Texas Christian University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University School of Law. He is a member of the Texas Guardianship Association, the National Guardianship Association and the Elder Law Section of the San Antonio Bar Association. 


Rosemary Schramek, Broadway Bank vice president, moves to the Encino Banking Center from the Alamo Heights Banking Center as market manager. She has worked for Broadway Bank for 18 years, also having worked as market manager at the Nacogdoches and Main Banking Centers. She has more than 40 years of experience in the financial industry. She is the past Treasurer of Alamo Heights Night and a member of the Alamo Heights Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club.
