HTML Editor - Full Version

Broadway Bank and the Austin Chamber of Commerce will officially open the doors of the Congress Avenue
Banking Center October 1, 5:30 p.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The new Broadway Banking Center on 506
Congress Avenue in Austin opened for business in May offering customers innovation and convenience including
workstations and a bistro complete with iPads and charging stations. Along with the modern conveniences,
Broadway Bank will offer the unrivaled personal attention that they are known for in a portfolio of services—
commercial real estate, business banking, private banking, wealth management and personal banking.

The new Congress Avenue Banking Center is an encore opening for Broadway Bank, following the 2013 addition
of the Midtown Regional Headquarters in Austin. Together, these two operations, along with the banking centers
in the surrounding communities of Bee Cave, San Marcos, Wimberley, Dripping Springs, Kyle and Buda,
underscore the Broadway Bank commitment to the capital city.

Harvey Hartenstine, the Austin regional president, is a 22-year Broadway Bank veteran with more than 34 years
of experience in the financial industry. He has been excited about how perfectly the Congress Avenue banking
center fits in Austin. “At our Congress Avenue banking center, we are serving the unique needs of Austin
customers who count on Broadway Bank for both our financial expertise and a special touch of personalized
attention that sets us and our bankers apart,” said Hartenstine.

While the Congress Avenue location may be new, the downtown banking team has decades of experience serving
the unique financial needs of the professionals who live and work in the heart of Austin. Cliff Bandy, senior vice
president, private and business banker, lends his expertise to the Congress Avenue Banking Center, bringing
custom, innovative financial solutions to commercial banking, private banking and wealth management customers
all across Austin. He has 33 years of diversified banking experience.

"Broadway Bank has shown a commitment to making a positive impact on Austin's prosperity," said Phyllis
Snodgrass, COO of the Austin Chamber of Commerce. "We are excited to welcome yet another Broadway Bank
operation to Austin and we're confident that they are here for good."

The Congress Avenue banking center hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays. It also features a walkup
“Smart” ATM and a night depository.
