San Antonio. Russel Lenz, PE and COO of Raba Kistner Infrastructure has announced the hire of Dale B. Martin, PE, to serve as Materials Engineer III for the Energy Sector Roadway Repair Project. His responsibilities on the project include research and analysis of construction materials test results and approval of test reports for compliance with contract service requirements. In addition, Mr. Martin performs materials statistical validation and non-validation investigations of materials and testing performed on the project. The evaluation of materials and testing during construction will reduce the long term liability to TxDOT after the developer’s warranty for the project expires.
The Energy Sector Roadway Repair Project provides for the reconstruction, rehabilitation and/or repair of roadways and bridges within the state highway system damaged by oversize vehicles or overweight loads used in the development and production of energy. The project includes identified roadways in the Corpus Christi, Yoakum, Laredo, and San Antonio districts. Raba Kistner Infrastructure serves as Program Manager for the Project.
Mr. Martin graduated from Texas A&M in 1983 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas.
