Steven Bankler, CPA, Ltd. Promotes Gina Valorz to Director

Steven Bankler, CPA, Ltd. has promoted Gina Valorz, CPA, PFS, CGMA, to director. Valorz has been with the firm since September 1996.

Valorz earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree as an accounting major from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1990 and obtained her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 1993. Her past CPA experience includes two years as a general ledger accountant for Coca Cola Bottling Company of the Southwest, two years as tax specialist with KPMG and two years as staff accountant with Sue Fuselier, CPA.

In addition to being a CPA, Valorz holds a NASD Series 66 License as a Registered Investment Advisor, an NASD Series 7 License for General Securities, and a Texas Life and Health Insurance License. She is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs and the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, as well as the AICPA.
