RTC Associates Participates in the “Buy Veteran” campaign, spearheaded by the National Veteran-Owned Business Association

As one of the newest members of the NaVOBA Buy Veteran campaign, RTC Associates is noted for introducing a unique employee benefit program totally new to the industry. This program enables employees to travel to lavish destinations, at very affordable prices. There are no contracts to sign, no money due up front and only 5 enrollees are needed to launch it. When implemented as an incentive program, it can be an effective tool to motivate employees. It can also be used to recognize valuable customers, or even enable management retreats to be held at great locations, while staying within limited budgets. RTC Associates has offices south of Austin and in Chino California, just east of Los Angeles. Because of on-line enrollment capabilities, RTC is able to serve client’s needs on a nationwide basis.

The founder and President of RTC Associates, Richard Carey, is a US Army Vietnam veteran, (Ranger Training Unit 77, Trung Lap), a Life Member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV), a member of American Legion Post 326, past Vice President of the Texas Recruiters Association, member of the Austin Human Resource Management Association (AHRMA), is a Lifetime Member of the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as Vice President of the Buda Economic Development Corporation.

Following his military service, Mr. Carey was Director of Commercial Operations for Time Warner Communications in both Minnesota and Tennessee. He has owned several businesses, and during his career, was in the employment field for over 18 years. With the experienced leadership of Mr. Carey, RTC Associates is well positioned to understand and provide solutions for many of the challenges companies, both large and small face when dealing with employee benefits.
