Craig Browning has joined the Phyllis Browning Company as a sales associate in the company’s residential real estate division. The announcement was made by John Flournoy, executive vice president and general manager of the company.
Prior to joining the Phyllis Browning Company, Browning worked in the commercial construction industry focusing on project management and new business development. He was a participant in Leadership San Antonio, which is sponsored by the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and has been recognized by the San Antonio Business Journal as a 40 Under Forty rising star. A native of San Antonio and a graduate of Alamo Heights High School, Browning received a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University and a MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Browning is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors®, the Texas Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®. His current community involvement includes serving on the boards of the Witte Museum and the Founders Council for the Southwest Foundation for Biomedical Research. He also serves on committees for the Rotary Club of San Antonio and the Texas Cavaliers. An avid runner, he recently completed the New York City Marathon, raising money in support of the American Cancer Society.
The Phyllis Browning Company, which opened in 1989, is the largest independently-owned residential real estate company in San Antonio and is active in sales of residential, ranching and commercial properties. The company is affiliated with Christie’s Great Estates, the real estate division of Christie’s, which provides an additional avenue for the sale of luxury properties.
