We have some important news to share regarding our very own, Mr. Robert Moreno. He was recently appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors for terms set to expire on September 26, 2029. The Board licenses qualified engineers and land surveyors and regulates the practice of professional engineering and professional land surveying. Robert Moreno of El Paso is the former President and now Senior Advisor for Moreno Cardenas, Inc. He is a licensed professional engineer and a member and former president of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Texas and the Texas Society of Professional Engineers. Additionally, he is a member of the El Paso Chamber of Commerce, American Society of Civil Engineers, and the American Public Works Association and former member of the El Paso Historic Commission. Robert received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso.
