When Reince Priebus was elected as Chairman of the Republican National Committee in 2011, the party was in debt, had low morale, and limited means. Under his leadership, Priebus turned the RNC around financially, rebuilt their operations and implemented a new strategy for their ground game. So, what’s his plan for November and beyond?
