Welcyon, Fitness After 50, is a health club designed specifically for adults 50-plus. They are the ninth Welcyon to open nationally, the first in San Antonio. Members enjoy 1-on-1 coaching at no extra charge, benefit from computerized, user-friendly equipment that helps them on average DOUBLE in strength within a year, they work out and socialize in a friendly, spa-like environment that offers a stark contrast to those oversized, overcrowded, overwhelming gyms. They will be serving boxed meals for all attendees and offering a free month to all attendees over the age of 50.
