As Bexar County’s chief law enforcement officer, Sheriff Susan Pamerleau is committed to public safety, steadfast stewardship of tax-payer dollars, improvements in technology and facilities, family violence prevention initiatives, and mental health in the criminal justice system. Having served as sheriff for three years, she has already made several significant contributions to the San Antonio/Bexar County area and has new and exciting initiatives to share with our business community, including substations, a cutting-edge jail diversion program, and upgrades for the downtown detention center.
