The San Antonio Chamber of Commerce’s Pathfinder award is our most prestigious award as it recognizes individuals who are transformation leaders and visionaries. Our Pathfinders truly exhibit innovative methods to greatly improve the welfare and livelihood of businesses, employees and community members in San Antonio and Texas. The Chamber is pleased to announce that SWBC’s Chairman Charlie Amato and President Gary Dudley have been selected as this year’s recipients of the Pathfinder Award.
From SWBC’s humble beginnings 40 years ago, Charlie and Gary have built an internationally successful, diversified financial services company that employs more than 3,000 people in San Antonio and across the country. Throughout the company’s history, there has been a focus on entrepreneurialism, growth, integrity, service and camaraderie that has driven their success and a strong commitment to supporting the San Antonio community.
